Application of  coordination compounds in nanomaterials deposition by physicochemical methods


RESEARCH PROFILE

  • new coordination compounds of copper, silver, gold, nickel, palladium and rhenium – synthesis, structure, and properties;
  • coordination compounds as precursors of nanomaterials deposited from the gas phase by Chemical Vapour Deposition, Focused Electron Beam Induced Deposition – FEBID, and Focused Ion Beam Induced Deposition – FIBID,
  • nanomaterials formation using sol-gel processes such as Spin-coating and Dip-coating,
  • studies of reactions in the gas phase using mass spectrometry and temperature-variable IR spectroscopy
  • interactions of potential FEBID/FIBID precursors with high- and low- energy electrons or ions.
