Recruitment rules for studies abroad in Erasmus+ program

(for academic year 2025/2026)
- The supplementary recruitment for the summer semester 2025/2026 is opened from October 6th to October 17th 2025, if the partner university does not require the shorter timeframe.
- The requirements for the candidates include the mobility capital, good experience in the language in which classes are held at universities and an average grade from studies of 4.0. In justified cases, the recruitment committee may recruit a student who does not meet this condition.
- Priority in the procedure and allocation of places at foreign universities is given to students who have not previously benefited from the Erasmus+ program and students assisting people visiting NCU under the Erasmus+ program.
- The electronic application form from the web page: https://www.umk.pl/wspolpraca/forms/wniosek-studia-dlugo-i-krotkoterminowe/ should be filled and signed. The form should be delivered to Anna Kaczmarek-Kędziera in paper or electronic version (teoadk@chem.umk.pl, room 229, block A) prior to an interview.
- The interview with candidates meeting formal requirements is planned for Friday, October 17th at 9.00 in the conference room.
